Knowing How To Love
The
Greatest Treasure Of Any Nation Is Righteouness
There is a spiritual factor behind every human circumstance.
The 10 Commandments have been banned from most schools, and now generations of children have grown to adulthood without any knowledge of the Creator. There is a direct consequence for this neglect. People do not love Him, nor one another. The result is the whirlwind of hatred and selfishness. They still don't get it; they think legislating more control over things will improve the human condition. The main reason government is so oversized is due to the failure of the family unit, which is also the result of no love-training, only found in the 10 Commandments. Read them daily, and learn how to love. When nations rise against nations, and kingdoms against kingdoms, it is a lack of love that is the source of the problem.
The desire to possess power and
wealth over others reflects the absence of love.
If obeying the 10 Commandments is the worst thing that happens to a society, I'd consider moving there. The 10 Commandments are a treasure that yields the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control. Love is not a thing, it’s the Person we know Whose Name is Yahusha.
In a land where the 10 Commandments are loved,
He is more than a citizen;
He’s the King.
If you know Him, you know Love.
The Hawaiian motto reflects a truth we should all acknowledge:
“The life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness.”
1Jn / Yahukanon 2:3-11:
“And by this we know that we know Him,
if we guard His commands.
The one who says, ‘I
know
Him,’ and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
But whoever guards His Word, truly the
love
of Alahim has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.
The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked.
Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but
an old command which you have had from the beginning.
The old command is
the Word
which you heard from the beginning.
Again I write you a fresh command, which is true in Him and in you, because the
darkness is passing away, and the true light now shines.
The one who says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in the darkness
until now.
The one
who loves
his brother stays in the light, and there is no stumbling-block in him.
But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness,
and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.”
